The Human Tree team have had the opportunity to work with the incoming healthcare managers training at the Institut de Formation des Cadres en Santé (IFCS) in Rennes since 2019. During 6 sessions that take place between September and March, Sebastien and Ludovic met the students in order to raise awareness of the Organisational and Human Factors of their future tasks.
